Only For The Injured

Partners With Over 118 Years Of Combined Experience

Experience is a great teacher. David, Jim and Channing have each been in practice for more than 35 years. We think we've learned a lot during those years. The search for an attorney does not have to be a lengthy process. With many legal problems, time is of the essence. You need an advocate who has developed cases, conducted trials and negotiated with insurance companies in the past and knows their tactics. If you are going through the pain of physical injury, uncertainty when it comes to your future and stress from dealing with insurers, you need to get the help you need now.

The strategies employed by insurance companies include delaying, denying or minimizing the compensation our clients deserve. Without legal representation, many people who do not know any better take the first offer. That is why the help of an attorney is paramount.

At Lawyer, Lawyer, Dutton & Drake, L.L.P., personal injury and workers' compensation litigation are the only focus of our practice — no wills, no probate or divorce.
